What Distinguishes Practitioner Training from Other NLP Courses?NLP is a methodology which comprises a great range of skills. The aim of applying these skills is to help a person redesign their neurological processes (i.e. thinking) so that they will have more choices for achieving their outcomes. Many of the basic skills for enhancing our daily living can be taught in only a few days. An introduction to NLP can be successfully run over two half days, for example. In that context the tools and skills taught are generally presented within the context that a person attending the program will be using them for their own development and to enhance their relationships. Similarly, in the Practitioner training, you will be using the skills for your own development. Beyond that, the Practitioner training prepares you to facilitate profound and lasting change for others. As you can imagine, when NLP skills are used in an ecological way and with precision they help a person reshape their whole way of engaging in life, even their identity. With this new level of responsibility and as you can be certified as a Practitioner, it becomes extrememly important that you have attained a level of skill which inspires confidence allowing you to work accurately and gracefully with others. NLP is an ingenious synthesis of a variety techniques. The magic of NLP resides in the way these techniques have been synthesised into a coherent and systematic way of understanding and working with our fundamental thinking processes. True art works in NLP as you recognise the patterns which relate the techniques and you construct an integrated body of knowledge and skill. With this you will have choice and flexibility when working with yourself and with others. To help you achieve this the Practitioner training ensures you have sufficient time not only to practise the skills, in a facilitative environment, but also to develop proficiency and grace in your application of them. In the choice of content for the course INLPTA has set standards which ensure that you are exposed to all those principles and techniques which make the full NLP model such an effective methodology. The time of the course allows you the necessary time to develop the full picture of the scope of NLP. Certification as an NLP Practitioner Certification as an NLP Practitioner, under the INLPTA banner, is a far richer experience than just getting the piece of paper at the end. It is a process of integration which allows you to fully appreciate your development of your knowledge and skill. When you are certified as an NLP Practitioner by an INLPTA certified trainer it signifies that you have reached a high level of competence with your skills, that you have developed a clear and integrated knowledge of NLP, and that you work with an attitude which produces the best and most appropriate outcome for you and others. Throughout the course you have the opportunity to work intensely with others in an environment managed as a true learning environment, designed to allow you to learn comfortably and with the opportunity to utilise facilitative feedback. Writing your answers to a series of integration questions gives you the opportunity to further clarify your knowledge and understanding. When complete, they provide an invaluable resource that you will use for years to come. |
What if I don't want certification? Where is the certification recognised? Can I apply the skills I have learned immediately after each module? Do these programs use the latest in learning technologies? If it's 15 days of accelerated learning, won't I feel tired at the end? |
