Solution 6

Solution 6 sells a time and expense management package called CABS2000. Following its success in sites such as KPMG Netherlands, the company received a rapidly growing demand for the product. Significantly, Solution 6 won Deloittes USA as one of its major new clients in 1998.

This has resulted in the need to develop a formal training path for Site Implementation consultants.

Work involves helping Solution 6's training manager coordinate a team of four trainers who are developing the training documentation.

Peter Thompson was selected originally for his experience in developing integrated training with complex systems (e.g. with Optus) which had to incorporate skill sets additional to those used with the system – for example, inclusion of consultancy skills.
